What's the minimum party size? +

Ten guests. Below ten we charge the ten-guest minimum.

Do I need to pay a deposit? +

Yes โ€” a small deposit holds your date and chef. We confirm the amount on WhatsApp.

How much space does the chef need? +

A flat, ventilated outdoor area roughly 6 ft ร— 4 ft for the teppan. Patios, decks, driveways, garages with the door open โ€” all fine.

How long does the chef stay? +

About two hours, including setup and cleanup. The cooking show itself runs around 45โ€“60 minutes.

Can you handle allergies and dietary needs? +

Yes. Tell us about allergies, gluten-free, vegan, or no-shellfish when you book. We'll adjust the menu.

What if it rains? +

We can move to a covered patio or open garage. If conditions aren't safe, we'll reschedule with no penalty.

What's your cancellation policy? +

Free reschedule up to 72 hours before your date. Inside 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable but applies to a future booking.

Is gratuity expected? +

Tipping isn't required, but our chefs work hard for it. Most guests tip 15โ€“20% if they had a great time.
